Mistakes are the mother of success

Today's class was discussing about looking at different angles and ways to solve a problem.

In this class I found something quite interesting --

"Although it is not wrong to be a purist, but being a purist will not explore new ideas."
This means that we do not need to follow directions step-by-step. It's not meant to be rebellious or anything, but it meant to do some exploration and find out your own personal way to solve a question.

Another interesting quote I learnt in this class is a quote by Sir Ken Robinson --

"If you're not ready to be wrong, you would not have an original".
Yes, in the past thousand years, who would even think that a machine could fly people in the sky? But the Wright Brothers successfully invented it. This is because they dare to imagine what common people would never think of. Ready to be wrong and the determination on their imaginations. And alas, in December 1903 they succesfully fly the plane in the sky after nine months of hardwork.
